Downtown, Toronto, ON (Hybrid role, 2 days / week mandatory work from office)
Responsibilities:
- – Assist in planning, coordination and execution of IT infrastructure and technology projects
- – Support the planning and execution of infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and technology transitions aligned with the technology target state
- – Maintain and update the application register, ensuring it accurately reflects all systems in use and their status
- – Assist in planning and executing application decommissioning projects to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations. Support audit of applications to ensure compliance with regulatory, security and organizational standards.
- – Support the identification and management of operational risks across IT projects and infrastructure activities. Collaborate with the ORM team to address and respond to emerging risks in a timely manner.
- – Work closely with project teams, IT leadership and other departments. Communicate project status, risks, dependencies.
