Our client, a leader in the transportation industry, is seeking a Garage Foreman to join their team. As a Garage Foreman, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the team of technicians. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities, aligning successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Garage Foreman
Location: Etobicoke, ON
Pay Range: $71k to $88K anually
Shift: Monday to Friday, 11am-7pm
What’s the Job?
- Schedule repairs in the garage.
- Review Preventive Maintenance lists and ensure on-time servicing.
- Generate R.W.O. from WEB Fleet Assistance (Computer System).
- Maintain high productivity of mechanics.
- Supervise the repair process and consult with mechanics on best practices.
What’s Needed?
- 310T License required.
- Mechanical experience and strong diagnostic skills.
- AZ License as an asset
- Computer technology skills.
- Driving and vehicle performance skills.
