Fleet Maintenance Supervisor (Garage Foreman)

Our client, a leader in the transportation industry, is seeking a Garage Foreman to join their team. As a foreman, you will be part of the Operations team supporting the Fleet Maintenance group. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, mechanical expertise, and a solid understanding of vehicle diagnostics, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Fleet Maintenance Supervisor (Garage Foreman)

Pay Range: Competitive, based on experience

What’s the Job?

• Schedule repairs in the garage to ensure timely servicing.

• Review Preventive Maintenance lists and assure on-time servicing.

• Generate R.W.O. from the WEB Fleet Assistance computer system.

• Maintain high productivity of mechanics and supervise the repair process.

• Consult with mechanics on best practices and diagnose repairs.

  What’s Needed?

• 310T License required.

• Management experience in a mechanical environment.

• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.

• Computer technology skills to work with fleet management systems.

• Ability to maintain low levels of vehicles out of service.
