Ads Specialist:
Become an expert in client's Advertising's value proposition and how clients and agencies buy online ads
Convey client's unique positioning, the value of our audiences and the relevance of digital audio advertising. Handle customer objections smoothly
Be the main point of contact for new advertising prospects and customers, from answering ad hoc questions related to self-service platform to maximizing product diversity adoption
Create and convert opportunities to closed deals in the deal cycle using client's tools, sales materials, content, techniques, and methodologies
Manage and prioritize your book of business (opportunities)
Proactively manage campaign optimization related to targeting, objective and overall performance. Provide recommendations with the goal of upselling and increasing retention
Educate agencies and brands on both client's Advertising's value proposition, news, benchmarks, and best practices
Consult with and be a trusted advisor to clients on their branding and direct response objectives providing them with onboarding services and optimization strategies, including troubleshooting issues, upsells, and selling through new product features.
Partner closely with the Account Managers to provide clear and smooth client handovers.
