The Global Sales Enablement team is dedicated to equipping our sales teams & leaders with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. This includes the delivery of our Global Sales Enablement Strategy aimed at cultivating a high-performance sales culture.
The Instructor Senior Analyst will develop and own mechanisms to enable the sales and support teams within their designated region. This person is an experienced and talented enablement or sales leader who will drive impactful and cross-functional initiatives. They will operate as the single threaded owner of all Enablement programs in-region including onboarding new joiners, creating and delivering continuous training sessions and sales skill development modules.
Responsibilities:
Identify sales skills and knowledge gaps, partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to build targeted programs that increase efficiency, expertise, and overall impact for sales and support teams in the region.
Create structured sales training programs including modules on sales techniques, objection handling, closing strategies and customer relationship management.
Work with subject matter experts to create effective and engaging training programs on products, tools and services available to sales reps.
Onboard New Hires leveraging a a global onboarding process and LMS
Track the effectiveness of training programs by monitoring sales metrics, conducting post-training assessments, and making adjustments as needed.
Ensure training sessions are aligned with the company’s overall sales process and strategies.
Manage sales enablement technology platforms, repositories and knowledge hubs to provide sales reps with easy access to necessary information and resources.
Deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires to accelerate their integration into the sales team.
Collaborate with regional sales leadership and global sales enablement teams to identify and address sales enablement needs, providing ongoing support and resources to the sales team.
Assist in the creation and review of global eLearning courses, assessments and certifications.
Create and manage regional training calendars.
