Senior Inside Sales Representative

What’s the Job?

Duration: 12 months
Training: 6 weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm EST
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:30pm EST (35-44 hours/week, shift bids monthly)
Pay Rate: $21.39/hr
Bonuses:

• $450 after 4 weeks (including mark-up: $500)
• $450 after 12 weeks (including mark-up: $500)

Job Description:
Support and guide small & medium businesses in social media marketing. Manage a portfolio of high-spending advertisers, identify sales opportunities, and provide tailored solutions. Engage with clients via phone and email to optimize their advertisements and increase investments.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2 years of sales experience in relationship sales, ad sales, or digital marketing
• 4 years of overall work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Inside sales experience with outbound and inbound calling
• Quota-based sales experience
• Knowledge of digital marketing
• Experience with North American customers
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
