Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a TLM Reconciliation Specialist to join their team. As a TLM Reconciliation Specialist, you will be part of the operations supporting transaction lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?

• Configure and manage Smartstream Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) tools.
• Perform TLM reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance tool functionalities.
• Provide support and training to users on TLM processes.
• Analyze and resolve discrepancies in transaction data.

What’s Needed?

• Proven experience with Smartstream TLM, particularly in reconciliation.
• Strong background in financial services and transaction management.
• Experience in tool configuration and customization.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
