Position Overview:
The Sales Operations Analyst will be involved in all aspects of Castolin Eutectic’s sales strategy and market analysis initiatives. This role focuses on assessing markets, creating market-specific long list campaigns, and analyzing financial sales data to provide the sales team with metrics on trends and market data.

What You’ll Do:

• Assess market conditions and identify opportunities for growth.
• Create and manage market-specific long list campaigns.
• Analyze financial sales data to provide insights and analytics to the sales team.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Pivot Tables, and Power BI.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide metrics on trends and market data.
• Utilize CRM and ERP systems to track and manage data.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proficiency in Excel, Pivot Tables, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
