Remote-Bilingual Customer Care-Elections

Our client, a leading organization in the customer service sector, is seeking a Remote Customer Care-Elections Support to join their team. As a Remote Customer Care-Elections Support, you will be part of the customer service department supporting election-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Remote Customer Care Bilingual-Elections Support

Duration: March – September 2025

Rate: $19/hour for English only and $21.00/ per hour for Bilingual (French/English)

Location: Remote-Must live in the Ottawa Region

What’s the Job?

• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries related to elections.
• Advise on voting locations and times.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all callers.
• Utilize provided work equipment to manage calls effectively.
• Work shifts work can start as early as 7:00 am and finish at 12:00 am, 7 days a week.

What’s Needed?

• Must have obtained Reliability Clearance or above.
• Previous call center experience is preferred.
• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently.
• Permanent resident or have lived in Canada for more than 5 years.
• Must have high speed internet with a minimum of 50 mbpm.
• Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace
• Must have a smart phone with multi-factor authentication
• Knowledge of MS Windows and various other computer systems
• Must pass language competency testing
• Bilingual (English / French) is an asset (and includes a pay differential)
