Receiving Coordinator

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
6 Month Contract

Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Receiving Coordinator to join our team. This role requires being onsite daily and involves various responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of our receiving process.

Responsibilities:

• Complete the receiving process in SAP
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) when performing the receiving process
• Collaborate with other departments that interact with receiving on a daily basis
• Understand and manage the priority and rejection process
• Maintain attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• Provide backup support to any team member as needed
• Work independently and efficiently
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional working environment by complying with procedures and standards
• Participate in team activities with generous listening, open communication, and coworker respect
• Cross-train with Shipping & Receiving
• Contribute to team success and overall growth by freely sharing ideas

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of previous related experience
• Proficiency in SAP
• Ability to work onsite daily
