Purpose of Position:
The Business Development Executive – Intermodal plays a crucial role in expanding our company’s footprint in the intermodal transportation sector. This position is dedicated to securing new business opportunities, retaining and growing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets through innovative strategies and deep industry knowledge.
The role demands a proactive approach to customer engagement, with a focus on building new sustainable relationships and delivering customized, effective intermodal solutions. This is a hunter role.

Supervision:
This position reports to the Director Of Intermodal. The immediate supervisor and/or department leader periodically checks assignments for progress. This position has no authority over other members of the team and has no direct reports.
Decision Making and Judgment:
Work is assigned and there is considerable scope to decide on priorities and the procedures to be used. Work is generally only checked for achievement of the assignment or objectives of the project.
