Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Bilingual (French & English) Background Screening Analyst to join their team. As a Background Screening Analyst, you will be part of the HR Process Delivery group supporting the Background Screening team. 

Job Title: Bilingual (French & English) Background Screening Analyst

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Pay Ratee: $29.00 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Conduct background screening verification for employees and contingent workers, ensuring compliance with hiring policies.
• Analyze and document findings, providing recommendations and reports to various lines of business.
• Manage a portfolio of approximately 50 files, maintaining accountability for all background screening activities.
• Communicate effectively with candidates, ensuring a positive experience while adhering to privacy policies.
• Collaborate with internal partners and outsource suppliers to streamline the background screening process.

What’s Needed?

• Bilingual in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven analytical and reasoning capabilities to assess and measure risk.
• Ability to manage workload priorities and meet established service level agreements.
• Experience in handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Knowledge of background screening processes and compliance requirements is an asset.
