Workshop Foreman

Globocam is the largest network of new and used heavy truck dealers in Quebec, distributing Freightliner, Western Star, and Rizon brands. Role: The role of the supervisor is to communicate and ensure that procedures and processes are followed in the daily execution of operations. He positively influences his team to respect the guidelines defined by the directors of the various departments.

Contract: Full-time / Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday (day) : 7h00 -15h30

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Receive requests from Technical Advisor and distribute to Technicians based on task type.
• Provide technical support and coaching to technicians.
• Maintain high quality repair service and minimize shop returns.

Study/Experience:

• Diploma in Heavy Duty Mechanics

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $36.00-$43.00 per hour
