The HCM Onshore Lead will be responsible for managing the onshore SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) delivery team for a key client. This role focuses on leading the successful implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a primary emphasis on Employee Central (SF-EC), Recruitment (RCM), Recruitment Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding 2.0. The candidate should also have a solid understanding of SAP ECC modules, including organizational and user replication, Personnel Administration, and Payroll processes.
The HCM Onshore Lead will work closely with both onshore and offshore teams, manage client relationships, and align project goals with successful delivery. This role requires strategic oversight to ensure timely execution and high client satisfaction.
