Senior Records Clerk

Manpower

This is a Contract position in Toronto, ON posted January 15, 2025.

What’s the Job?

Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: $21.30 per hour

Job Description:

The Records Associate will manage hard copy and electronic records, utilizing file tracking software and Excel for data analysis. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Locate and retrieve records using file tracking software.
  • Produce management reports.
  • Analyze data for disposal eligibility.
  • Review and compare disposal reports with retention schedules and legal holds.
  • Create and manage Excel spreadsheets.
  • Prepare physical files for storage.
  • Use vendor software for records management.
  • Scan documents and maintain electronic copies.
  • Audit and update records periodically.
  • Adhere to client policies on sensitive documents.
  • Assist in various service lines as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of records management experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
