Engineering Management is an exciting and growing team to be part of! We focus on engineering management, creating repeatable, efficient, scalable, delivery solutions in which we are sourced to support global projects with over 500 clients.

WORK YOU’LL DO

The Scrum Master role serves as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, and communicates with other management, developers, product managers, and technical support specialists in a dynamic, agile environment. The role will encompass the following:

  • Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum-related meetings
  • Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress, risks, and changes, including burndown charts
  • Coach and enable the development teams in practicing the Agile principles
  • Assist with planning and grooming the backlog in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and sharing information
  • Assist with prioritization and resolution of defects/bugs
  • Identify and remove team impediments, prevent distractions
  • Facilitate team discussion and conflict resolution
  • Empower the team to self-organize
  • Shield the team from interruptions during the sprint
  • Resolve obstacles that affect the team
