The Work:

  • Provide advanced-level development and documentation skills

  • Provide strong testing and debugging skills at all levels, including unit, system, integration and performance testing

  • Assist with the estimation of development tasks

  • Develop and implement solutions using Salesforce Loyalty Management, focusing on its core modules like the Core Data Model, DPE, and Transaction Journal

  • Write and maintain Apex code to customize and extend the functionality of Salesforce Loyalty Management systems

  • Manage integrations and develop APIs within Salesforce Loyalty Management to connect with other business systems effectively

  • Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery to enhance the user interface and user experience of loyalty management applications

  • Work with the MuleSoft team to ensure seamless data integration and address any system integration challenges

  • Independently interface with client technical teams and business owners as needed during the design and implementation
