Quality Assurance Senior Analyst

The Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for overseeing the quality program for a region, ensuring local processes are aligned with global standards through effective project management and astute data analysis.

The Regional Quality Lead is responsible for ensuring effective production of regional quality projects in alignment with the global quality program. This includes the management of an analyst team (when applicable), ensuring reliable quality processes in your region, and arming the stakeholders with effective insights to drive the regional program towards improvement.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Audit Sales Representatives Interactions with Advertisers
  • Facilitate Best-Practice syncs in line with the evaluation and auditing guidelines
  • Produce weekly reports to summarize the QA process with metrics and insights for the relevant stakeholders
  • Conduct root cause analyses to identify regional nuances and adapt global QA approach with innovative solutions to the region while maintaining overall consistency with global standards
  • Proactively identify areas where the process can be improved and ideas with the Global QA PgM
  • Execute on audit projects with fidelity to provide impactful insights on skills and behaviors of sales representatives
  • Partner with the Sales Enablement team, Sales Managers, and Regional QA PgM to implement regional functional strategic initiatives that align with the company's objectives
  • Onboard new QA Analysts and provide coaching and feedback to help them improve their performance
