About the role:

We are looking for a Delivery lead, who would directly interact with clients to understand their needs and expectations and ensure timely resolution of all customer issues and concerns.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution:
  • Review project estimates and impact analyses.
  • Assess project complexity and allocate appropriate resources.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies.
  • Oversee offshore-onshore coordination for smooth information exchange and query resolution.
  • Execute key project management activities, including planning, work allocation, tracking, status reporting, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with track leads to ensure successful delivery.
  • Address and resolve feasibility issues with clients.
  • Review change requests to maintain process adherence.
