WORK YOU WILL DO:

We are seeking an experienced Curam Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Curam Social Program Management platform and will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of Curam solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the architecture aligns with business requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Curam solutions to meet client needs.

• Develop standards and guidelines for Curam implementations.

• Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct architectural reviews and ensure compliance with architectural standards.

• Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues.

• Stay updated with the latest Curam features, technologies, and industry trends.

• Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution design and proposal development.

• Support solution delivery estimation
