What you will do:

The BSA will utilize broad business and technology to recommend and implement solutions which address business needs. Demonstrate ability to elicit, document, prioritize and define business needs and requirements in complex scenarios and/or enterprise analysis (multiple stakeholders across departments, unstandardized or undocumented processes, multiple systems, inter-related initiatives, etc.) Understanding business needs and communicating findings with technical team

  • Translate user requirements into functional/ technical specifications.

  • Assessing the business model and its integration with technology, researching, gathering, and synthesizing information. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify areas for improvement Provide expertise and guidance on business process design and technology integration.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze customer requirements. Engage with stakeholders to collect document, communicate and mange functional and non-functional requirements through interviews workshops and document analysis.

  • Structured and organized with strong understanding of project management lifecycle, practices, and methodologies.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools (ex. Excel, Power Point, Visio, Word, Microsoft Azure SQL Database.

  • Collaborate with IT teams on Data extraction, design, load, and reporting solutions ensuring data integrity.

  • Demonstrate leadership and organizational skills, problem solving and collaboration skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), stakeholder communication, ability to influence and communicate with all levels of management.

This role will require on-site work 2-3 days per week at local offices.
