WORK YOU’LL DO:
The BSA will utilize broad business and technology to recommend and implement solutions which address business needs.

Demonstrate ability to elicit, document, prioritize and define business needs and requirements in complex scenarios and/or enterprise analysis (multiple stakeholders across departments, unstandardized or undocumented processes, multiple systems, inter-related initiatives, etc.).

Translate user requirements into functional/ technical specifications.

Demonstrate ability to communicate with and influence all levels of management and stakeholder communication.

Strong analytical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft office tools (Excel, Power Point, Visio, Word), Microsoft Azure SQL Database.

Structured and organized with strong understanding of project management lifecycle, practices, and methodologies.

This role will require 2- 3 days per week in person at local offices.
