  • (Internal Title-Program Management II)
    • Career demonstrating extensive experience, having managed rail transit infrastructure programs and major projects
    • Responsible for managing senior level customer client relationships
    • Has significant had involvement of managing rail transit complex programs or projects across various industries and sectors
    • Leads teams of professionals providing PMO and Project Controls services on rail transit large projects or technical specialist recognised as an expert in their own area of expertise
    • Has experience in organisational strategy development and the creation of high performance teams and a common culture
    • Apply industry acumen and expert-level Program management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to meet Program requirements
    • Implement and manage the Program from inception through to completion
    • Set the overall direction for the Program and organize activities per the established mission and goals
    • Ensure that the work is fully supported from a consulting standpoint in an integrated, compliant, efficient, and cost-effective manner
    • Create and manage short and long-term Program goals and success criteria
    • Develop a budget and operating or delivery plan for the Program in consultation with our delivery partners and client
    • Plan for and direct the appropriate means and methods to complete the Program services from inception through to completion
    • Forecast, in consultation with senior staff, the human and material resources required to complete the Program successfully
    • Formulate a resource allocation strategy and utilize this to distribute work and budgets between our delivery partners
    • Exercise authority in managing the work and controlling the delivery of the Program per the operating and delivery plan
    • Manage a large consulting team (may consist of multi-firm resources and client resources) leveraging a diverse array of talents and delegation of responsibilities
    • Define success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the Program life cycle
    • Develop an evaluation method to assess Program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
    • Continually evolve and articulate the Program expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members
    • Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance
    • Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure Program goals are achieved
    • Facilitate various focus and function meetings about Program initiatives
    • Plan for and meet with stakeholders (including senior management and sponsors) to make communication easy and transparent regarding Program issues and decisions on services
    • Direct accurate and timely reporting of Program status and performance throughout its life cycle
    • Identify and analyze Program risks and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans
    • Review and ensure adherence to the overall operating or delivery plan scope, schedule, milestones, budgets, quality measures, and KPIs and address issues with corrective actions as appropriate
    • Deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations to various audiences, including the Program team, senior executives, key stakeholders, and Company Operations
    • Manage scope change negotiations
    • Clarify and resolve internal quality control checks and issues
    • Build and maintain a positive, high-performing team culture with an openness to constructive challenge, continuous improvement, implementation of lessons learned, and overall ‘right-first time” mindset
    • Monitor and manage clear and focused staff performance objectives (including non-company resources) to ensure excellence in results
    • Foster an inclusive and diverse environment that celebrates differences
    • Devise and provide Program management training to members of the team
