Our client is seeking a technical support agent to join their team. The ideal candidate will be customer oriented and challenge driven which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Technical Support Agent
Location: Greater Toronto Area
Pay Range: $18.90 hourly
What’s the Job?
- Provide technical customer support to clients via phone, email and chat
- Troubleshooting inquiries such as access requests, software updates, password resets, external connections to a laptop (Printers, monitors etc.), Windows suite, etc
- Manage ticket creation, resolution and follow up
What’s Needed?
- Must be located in the GTA
- Great communication : *Very important must be clear and concise as communication will be over the phone and in writing
- Patience and attentive listening
- Must be available for all type of shifts (day, evenings, nights, weekdays & weekends
- Ability to troubleshoot and help customers with technical issues
- Experience in a call center environment and technical studies
- Stable high speed Internet connection at home and a set up to work
