Project Manager

Our client, an ICI construction company, is currently looking for an experience Project Manager to join their growing team!

Full time. Permanent.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential business development opportunities and create strong relationships with clients and prospects;
• Determine and define the scope of work and deliverables;
• Coordinate the teams, including the subcontractors;
• Analyze and understand the terms and conditions of contracts and subcontracts;
• Organize and participate in site meetings;
• Supervise the work in order to ensure compliance with building and safety codes;
• Resolve any issue that might arise;
• Perform any other related tasks.

Profile:

• Minimum 10 years of experience;
• Experience working on project of $7M+;
• Knowledge of PlanSwift and Procore;
• Knowledge of the MS Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
