Regular part-time position (non-unionized)
Workplace: Hawkesbury
Schedule: 16 hours (weekends only)
Hourly rate: $25.48 to $27.57
Under the supervision of the Administrative Services Supervisor, he/she is responsible for greeting and reception as well as other tasks related to administrative services for the efficient functioning of the department as needed.
Closing date: February 27, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.
- High school diploma.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in French and English.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent listening skills and ability to understand the individual needs of residents. Ability to work in a team, interpersonal skills, tact, discretion, autonomy, initiative.
- Demonstrate flexibility and ability to work in a changing environment.
- Demonstrate ability to work under little supervision
A criminal record check must be provided upon hiring only (dated no longer than three months prior to the date when it has been requested) and is a condition of employment.
