We are currently seeking a candidate who is qualified for the role of Project Administrator. The role of Project Administrator reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing. Liburdi Dimetrics offers competitive wages. The hours will typically be 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Typical Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Collaborate with the Project Managers (PM)s, collect information on the project status and update the schedule as needed.
• Collect and process project related documentation, timesheets for labour hours, material receipt records (packing slips) and etc.
• Facilitate meetings, take minutes, and update stakeholders with relevant information.
• Support PM’s in communicating scope changes and/or overall changes in the project.
• Support PM’s with cost tracking and reporting.

• Assist the Sales and Marketing Team with researching Trade labour for proposals and preparing pricing spreadsheets.
• Book Trade Shows and arrange travel as needed.
• Assist with preparing and distributing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and distributor agreements to Clients.
• Review Health and Safety Policies/Guidelines and Corporate information with new Clients.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to juggle and adapt to adjusting priorities
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Project

Key Education/Experience:

• Diploma in accounting/business administration or equivalent is required
• 3-5 years experience in planning and administration is required
